Anxiety Levels In Students
Anxiety is one of the most common mental health disorders that affects everyone at some point. However, students are most at risk to expirencing anxiety because being a student is very demanding of one's self. However, there are ways that students can learn to manage thier anxiety so that it doesn't affect them as much.

Why Are Students Mostly Affected?

Anxiety is difficult to overcome as a student because the schedule of a student is ussually packed. Sometimes students push off thier mental health and well being because in their eyes school work and extra-curricular activities are more important than taking care of themselves. We need to find ways to deal with anxiety so that we can be scholars without the cost of having anxiety.
